A 12-member Board of Directors serving staggered 3-year terms governs the Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. Officers include a President, Vice President and Treasurer. Both the Board of Directors and the Executive board meet monthly.

An Executive Vice President and Executive Assistant carry out the day-to-day activities of the Chamber. To fulfill the mission of the chamber, several permanent committees have been established along with other committees that are appointed as needed.

A committee that will offer a variety of programs to the county school systems, educators, and business community. Through this initiative the committee hopes to see high school graduation increase, students leave high school with improved employability, and students make better-informed career choices.

This committee will serve as an active voice in local/county/state/issues in the business community.

The ambassadors are a committee of board members and Chamber members organized to support the goals and objectives of the Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce through membership retention, membership recruitment, and maintaining a visible presence at Chamber events.
